Equipment Hire, Technical Services, Personnel, Transport and Supply of Goods

Terms & Conditions of Hire – Version 1.2
Effective from: 8 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to equipment hire, technical services, personnel, transport and goods supplied by Production Location Ltd.

Where these Terms & Conditions are referred to in a quotation, booking confirmation, invoice, hire document, waiver, email or other booking document, they form part of the agreement between Production Location Ltd and the Customer.

Please read these Terms & Conditions before confirming a booking or making payment.

By confirming a booking in writing, making payment, or taking possession of hired Equipment, the Customer confirms acceptance of the applicable Terms & Conditions, provided they were made available before the booking was entered into.

The PDF above is the complete version of the Terms & Conditions applicable to bookings made under Version 1.2.

Important Information

Customers should pay particular attention to the provisions concerning:

• responsibility for hired Equipment;
• loss, theft and damage;
• Replacement Values;
• hired-in equipment insurance;
• safe and competent use of Equipment;
• electrical and site safety;
• transport and custody of Equipment;
• breakdowns and faults;
• payment and late payment;
• cancellation;
• limitation of liability; and
• return of Equipment.

Optional Damage Waiver

Where Production Location Ltd offers an Optional Damage Waiver, this is not insurance and does not replace any requirement to maintain appropriate hired-in equipment insurance.

The Optional Damage Waiver must be separately offered and accepted for the relevant booking. General acceptance of these Terms & Conditions does not automatically select the Damage Waiver.

The scope, exclusions and applicable charges for the Optional Damage Waiver are set out in the full Terms & Conditions and the relevant Booking Documents.

Which Version Applies?

The version of the Terms & Conditions supplied or made available to the Customer before the relevant booking is the version that applies to that booking.

Updates to these Terms & Conditions will apply to future bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may request a copy of the Terms & Conditions applicable to a previous booking by contacting us.
