Once a Kit List/Checkout Cart is created it will be check by a member of Production Location team prior to the rental day, ensuring that the rental runs as smoothly as possible.

• Narrow your search by location, price range, availability, or specific features.

Step 3: Review Listings

• Click on the listings that interest you to see details, images, pricing, and availability.
• Read through ratings and reviews from other users to get a sense of the quality and reliability of the rental.

Step 4: Request a Reservation

• Once you’ve found your ideal rental, click Book Now or Request Rental.
• Enter your desired rental dates and any other necessary details.
• Some rentals may require owner approval, while others are available for instant booking.

Step 5: Make Payment

• Proceed to the payment page and securely enter your payment details.
• Depending on the rental, you may need to pay in full upfront or place a deposit.
• For your protection, payments are often held in escrow until the rental begins.

Step 6: Receive Confirmation

• After your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the rental details: dates, times, location, and any special instructions for accessing the rental (e.g., key codes, delivery details).

• For equipment/vehicles: Pick up the item or have it delivered according to the rental arrangement.
• Be sure to follow any usage guidelines provided by the owner or platform.

Step 8: Return the Rental

• At the end of your rental period, return the item or property as agreed.
  • For locations: Follow the check-out instructions, return keys or access items, and ensure the location is left in good condition.
  • For vehicles/equipment: Drop the items back at the agreed location or return them to the owner.

• After your rental is complete, take a moment to leave a review.
• Your feedback helps others make informed decisions and allows the owners to improve their services.
